RESTRICTIONS
In addition to California Department of Corrections mandated restrictions and guidelines for all California facilities, each institution may set its own rules and regulations for Inmate Quarterly and Special Purchase packages; and may make changes at will.
Every effort is made to maintain an accurate database of these restrictions and guidelines, however facilities may make changes without immediately notifying package vendors.
Any questions that are “facility-specific” should be directed to the R & R Department at that individual facility, as their information will dictate acceptable products.
When ordering on-line or over the phone, only known allowable products will be made available for purchase, based on the facility & privilege group you select as you begin to shop. If an item does not appear when you add it to your shopping cart, it is due to a facility restriction. If you fax or mail in your order, we will compare the items ordered against our database and contact you if there are any discrepancies.

PACKAGE SIZE & WEIGHT LIMITATIONS
Each package is limited to a 30lb weight limitation, or 450oz of product (we must reserve 30oz for the box itself & packing materials). There is a one (1) box limit per order (maximum box size is 24in x 24in x 24in). If you are ordering on-line and your order exceeds the package weight restriction, the following message will appear:
“Sorry, we could not add the last item to your shopping cart; the last selection has caused your order to exceed the 450oz maximum shipping weight limit. Please check your shopping cart weight total to see if you can add a different/lighter item or finalize your order now.”
If you order over the phone with our customer service representatives, they will keep you apprised of the weight as you place you order. On faxed or mailed orders, Jenny Quarterly Package Service assumes the responsibility to remove items at our discretion until the order meets the package limitations.
ORDERING PROCESSING
Order 24 hours a day via our website @ www.jennypackage.com with your Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Orders received after hours or over the weekend will be processed on the next business day. Credit cards orders will also be accepted by calling toll-free @ 877/358-8696. For certified cashiers checks, postal money orders or facility (institution) checks, please mail your orders to: PO Box 3323, Sparks, NV 89432. Orders will be shipped once your payment has been processed and confirmed.
RETURNS & CUSTOMER SERVICE
Please contact our Customer Service Department with any order returns. If a package is returned to us for any reason, we will contact the purchaser to determine a resolution. Any refunds due will be processed within 30 days after notification.
